2016年，阿爾奇迪亞科諾帶領(lǐng)維拉諾瓦大學贏得NCAA冠軍并榮獲MOP，隨后以落選秀身份開啟NBA生涯。在先后效力于公牛、尼克斯和開拓者的7個賽季里，阿爾奇迪亞科諾場均可以得到4.0分1.8籃板1.9助攻。

上賽季，阿爾奇迪亞科諾在G聯(lián)賽球隊風城公牛出戰(zhàn)了24場比賽，場均可以得到8.2分、2.7個籃板和3.2次助攻。
