2015年1月22日，活塞主場(chǎng)迎戰(zhàn)魔術(shù)。活塞后衛(wèi)詹寧斯大發(fā)神威，得分助攻一把抓，他全場(chǎng)送出了21次助攻（個(gè)人生涯紀(jì)錄），僅比對(duì)手全隊(duì)少8次。

全場(chǎng)比賽詹寧斯出戰(zhàn)32分49秒，21投10中（三分6中1）、罰球5中3，拿下24分21助攻，正負(fù)值高達(dá)+24，活塞最終也以128-118擊退魔術(shù)。

但令人扼腕嘆息的是就在這場(chǎng)比賽過(guò)后的下一場(chǎng)，詹寧斯在面對(duì)老東家雄鹿的比賽中左腿跟腱斷裂，賽季報(bào)銷。復(fù)出后的詹寧斯表現(xiàn)也大不如前，最終慢慢淡出了人們的視野。
