據(jù)美記Doug Smith此前報道，猛龍正在試圖參與巴特勒的交易，雖然他們并不想引進巴特勒，但他們有一些到期合同，這可以讓他們在交易中成為第三或第四參與者來獲得資產。

Stein表示，除了猛龍之外，消息人士透露，目前聯(lián)盟大約有一半的球隊都愿意作為第三方來參與巴特勒交易，其中還包括森林狼。
