2008年12月19日，廣東宏遠(yuǎn)111-101浙江廣廈建設(shè)，廣東外援積臣拿到12分，個(gè)人CBA聯(lián)賽總得分上升到6001分。積臣不僅是廣東宏遠(yuǎn)籃球俱樂部隊(duì)史唯一總得分超6000的外籍球員，同時(shí)也是CBA聯(lián)賽首個(gè)突破6000分大關(guān)的外籍球員。
積臣從1998-1999賽季開始在CBA聯(lián)賽效力、2008-2009賽季是最后一個(gè)賽季，共計(jì)10個(gè)賽季，是當(dāng)時(shí)效力CBA聯(lián)賽時(shí)間最久的外援。效力CBA聯(lián)賽期間，積臣共計(jì)出戰(zhàn)383場(chǎng)比賽，共取得6721分、3908籃板、477助攻、639搶斷、349蓋帽。
